In my family (parents, 1 older brother, 2 younger sisters, nephews, nieces, I have no wife or kids of my own yet), I am the only one saved. I constantly pray for their salvation and have invited them to church, talked with them about God, eternity, salvation, etc. My dad is a non church going Lutheran, one sister is a secular progressive, the other is studying Bhudism, my brother is a downright sinner, none of their kids go to church. I don't see them that much since I live in a different city now, but when I talk to them on the phone they will say they have to go if I just mention anything about Jesus, church, or any God thing. I plan on seeing my sister on the way to WD campmeeting, and the rest of my family the weekend after, except for my brother, we haven,t talked for awhile. The problem is not me talking to them about Jesus, I'll do that until I die, their saved, or they die.
My problem is if they die unsaved, I think that will really shake my faith and I will question a lot of biblical truth that I now hold dear. Not to mention the guilt I will feel at having failed to reach them. I don't want to sound like this is all about me.
I've talked to other people in church and they tell me to trust in God, believe they will be saved, God is merciful and other "generic" answers.
Reality is my dad is 72 and not getting younger, my brother is diabetic and on dialysys 3 days a week. Lord help me to reach them.

You don't reach people. You tell them the truth. That's ALL you can do. It's not your fault if someone accepts or does not. The best thing to do is solidify your relationship with Jesus Christ so that you are built on an unshakable foundation.

Additionally, if they shut you down when you try to talk about the Lord look for a different way and pray for a door way of witness and ask God to sow other seeds by other means too. And let them see your light, how you have been changed.
