The Divorce Rate In Canada ?

I'm just curious about something is the Divorce rate in Canada high ?
Compared to other western nations.

divorce rate in Canada has also remained stable since 1997...

The USA divorce rate was 400 per 100,000 in 2002.

Canada's divorce rate was lower than in most industrialized nations. For example, the United Kingdom and Australia have a slightly higher divorce rate than in Canada (273 and 280 per 100,000 respectively) and the American divorce rate was almost double the Canadian rate (430 divorces per 100,000) in 1997.

I wonder why our Northern neighbors have a lower divorce rate.
They must not have a no-fault divorce in Canada ?

Maybe its the same reason the USA is known so much for suing people over any little reason. ;)
