Like I mentioned earlier, you did a great job. As far as the reaching under your coat jacket, it may be a nervous tic that you hadn't noticed before. Since, you've been made aware of it, you could know doubt stop that from reoccurring.

I enjoyed watching all the shockamoo last night, but it really isn't a style of worship that I prefer. I love to be in services where the music is more tuned to worship and the slower songs that usher in the sweet presence of God. I am not saying the the presence of God isn't felt with people jumping and running around, it just can be distracting on some level for people. My experiences have been that people were always looking for the shout and totally miss out what God's agenda was for the service

That was why I had mentioned Nancy's ministry last night on this thread, because she just tossed aside her agenda and tuned into what the Spirit wanted for the end of the evening.

Anyhow, keep up the good work you're doing in Merced.

chosenone, First, it was a CONCERT. Don't forget that. also, there was a good balance of both a lot of rejoycing and slow ballads. the atmosphere was exuberant and charged with excitment. I've learned that it sometimes takes the emotional worship to get people out of their flesh and into the deeper level of worship for many. i think we set the stage for what God used nancy to do and the end result was awesome
