well, If you people wonder what our General superintendent is like when he is preaching then you will enjoy these segments of the service I got to record this year.
And yes, I did ask him if he had any objections to me recording it, he said no problem, record away!! These are in 10 min or less segments because of the restraints youtube puts on things.

I have visited Bro. Martin's church in BR a few times... he was always in revival so I have never heard him preach in his own church. He is a wonderful man with a very good church. A healing church for a hurting world!

And he is looking for the ALJC to grow tremendously over the next year. In fact our oklahoma district goal is to double churches and ministers over the next two years. We will just to sit and see what happens.

I clicked it on for a minute, and heard this funeral type organ playing that almost drowned him out. I was like, man, this is pitiful. I then realized when I looked up lyrics for the old song "In Times Like These", I had left it up, and it was playing the song in a mini format. :)

So as an ALJC person, are you hearing about many churches that will move over to the UPCI since the tv res has been passed?

We have only lost 1 or 2 to the UPC from our district, but that was well before conference (a couple year back I think)....It was just a matter of location and ability to find fellowship. They didn't leave on bad terms at all..... Other than that we are just waiting and seeing if any will join us or not. If not, that's fine, if so, great. Otherwise we just seek to work with those who are willing to work beside us.

On what basis does he expect the ALJC to double churches and ministers in OK over the next two years?
Are you planting that many Home Missions churches or is he expecting some folks who are Oneness Pentecostals but part of some other org. to sign up as ALJCers?
I am a bit surprised at him predicting this g rowth after Res 4 passed as I thought maybe the ALCJ were hoping to see some growth if it had failed from some UPCers who want to use TV in ministry.

We had already decided that before the general conference of the UPC. And Actually, the General Superitendent had nothing to do with it, this was internal to the Oklahoma district. We will be planting home missions, along with asking GIB to join us. We have several who do not carry license at all fellowshiping with us. And there are several who used to be ALJC that is now GIB, and we will be trying to get back in touch with them. If they don't want join offically, that's fine, we look more for fellowship and being able to work together to reach the towns in our district boundries. And If any from other groups wish to join, as long as they leave on good terms, then we have no problems. Otherwise, oh well,
