How could he be charged with assault with a deadly weapon when he clearly wasn't trying to hit the man?

Or aggravated assault.

Here is a video I found.

The bus driver (Tony Spell, apparently) was not going very fast, he stopped way short of the protestor, who did not flinch, and seems to be in an area that could be used for church parking.

Looks like false arrest. What am I missing? If anything.

This video has a bit more:

Re: Tony Spell has church in spite of the ban

Seven in my immediate family got "it" in July 2020. It was a flu-like illness. We had been building our immune system from the start of this "plandemic". We had no deaths, doctor/hospital visits nor did we use prescriptions drugs. We just stayed home for about 3 weeks. Recovery time was 5 to 14 days depending, primarily on age. I was 68 when I got it. At that age my survival chances were 99.5%. Since I'm typing this obviously I survived. 11 months after my infection I went into a lab and got an antibody test. I tested positive for the COVID19 antibodies. My personal physician told me that I have the "gold standard" for immunity and that it should be good against any and all variants. This whole "scamdemic" has been nothing but lies from the very beginning. The knowledge of early treatment, such as hydroxcholoquine/zinc and Ivermecton were deliberately withheld from the public. Crimes against humanity - a worldwide psyop!

Brother Bernard started out with "listen to God."

Brother Bernard like many others were clueless concerning virology, and biology. But Brother Bernard pointed out that the people should pray, and pray for secular leadership. Which 1st Peter submission to government was for the early Christians to be left alone. If it was written for Christians to totally submit to government no matter what that government implemented as laws, then early Christians would of went to the gladiatorial games, voluntarily. Brother Bernard is a lawyer and he speaks sometimes as a lawyer.

Most of you people were wrong concerning the vaccine and the virus. Time proves all things and proved you all wrong.

I was never vaccinated and never contracted COVID.

Brother Baxter still emphasized PRAYER more than getting a vaccine. Trust God, and therefore listening to that advise was needful. No fear, depend on God, and that's what some of us did.

"Most of you people were wrong concerning the vaccine and the virus. Time proves all things and proved you all wrong." True!

Bro. Spell got it right - most others got it wrong. The truth about the "scamdemic" is slowly coming out.

Who should be charged if there are deaths on account of increased infection due to the church ? Will the pastor be liable for the deaths ??

If Donald Trump is God's man, is it a sin to disobey him ?
