McCains speech wasnt the most mechanically correct, it wasnt the one with the highest rhetoric. But the greatness was in 2 things. first the naritive and second was addressing the things that I think many independants will identify with.

And just great because it is who he really is. Somehow, I think he not only needed but wanted someone like Palin and not just to win the election.
