My laptop battery died last night, I just saw this post.

When I was doing international law in France I went to Bern then on to Worb, Switzerland and visited the grave of the founder of New Bern. Enjoy the visit

I should have made it a point to head down there this year, I didn't even think about it.

See, I believe those are false choices, James.

And I don't see a world of difference, because the latter protects even the former from being unjustly accused.

I also don't think this case is about protecting child molesters.

You don"t understand what James is saying.

He is saying that defending the Constitution may very well put someone in the position of seeming to defend the actions of an individual when in fact what they are defending is the Constitution.

This has been the best Christmas I have had in my adult life, and its not even Christmas yet.

Yes and its a position in which I have been placed many a time. How could you defend.....? My goal is the protection of the constitution whether as prosecutor or defense attorney
