I know you aren't discounting tongues, I was just responding to your question of when there is a move of God. Sometimes the shout is empty (ie empty praise) but I just think when He shows up to speak to His people, then no matter what has or has not happened in the service, you've HAD CHURCH!

Just my humble opinion. . . . : - )
