Then I doubt that you have found nuns that are more, "Christian" than Apostlics, how do you find them, "More Christian/Better Christians" Anyways? Is it the way they dress? How hard they worship? Maybe it's because they do good things for others? I don't fully understand so I do wish for you to elaborate on your statement.

It is entirely based on the "fruits" they show, namely love and compassion for their fellow man as well as professed love for the Lord. Not some proclaimed righteous at being separated from the "World".

Being separated from the world is rather a good thing, when I was growing up in High School... A cesspool of drugs, sex, and disgusting people in general, it began to change me, and I know a lot of pentecostal people that would go into those types of schools and come out just as bad as the world ever got... Being separated is a very good thing if you don't want to adopt the ways of the world. Trust me, it will happen, because it happened to me even though I strictly told myself I would NOT get involved and do as they did, and I was very firm in my standings but eventually they got to me and I backslid... So, yeah... However, love and compassion. Least for my churches I have never found a single person in the entire world more giving and helpful/loving then a Apostolic family is...

Perhaps being separated for a time from the world is not a bad idea. People must get rooted and grounded in the Word of God and grow their faith.
However, people must also remember that one cannot hide their light under a bushel and expect to bring forth fruit. At some point in time we are expected to grow up and sow seed in the world. That means we also need to learn to disciple people. Not an easy task.

There is plenty time for you, Sethern, to learn and grow in the Lord. Please do not lose your zeal but examine what you learn with the Word of God. God will help you to develop your own convictions and not what somebody else teaches you that you are supposed to be "convicted of".

That is true, thank you so very much for telling me this, you are certainly right.

Sethern, I have to say, being in a public school is a very healthy part of an apostolic's development. It teaches us to be "in the world" and at the same time gives us practice in not being "of the world." An apostolic pentecostal is worthless if he doesn't know how to interact with anyone except fellow apostolics.

Nice. Ya, get discernment first.

All, I know is that being in High School without a strong foundation caused me to go into cussing and doing things I thought I would never ever do, including anger management problems and, well pretty much anything you can do in the world, I even got into hardcore gaming and stuff to deal with my stress, which was no good for me either!... Sigh...

Re: A Word Of Advice

Well, the thing about it is...well imagine this. Someone is home schooled, doesn't know anyone or anything outside the church. Now imagine that person hits 18, gets a job, and now is just flung into the world with nothing to have learned on. Chances are, the works of the flesh is going to jump all over them, and the not knowing, the pulling of the world, simply put the unknown factor of it, there's way more chance they're going to sin just to do something different. Another thing, not being exposed to the world makes for a very paranoid person. Just imagine that person who's never been exposed to anyone outside the church try to witness. It's going to be a travesty. They have no idea of other people's ideas of reality, there's a chance that a holier than thou attitude will take over, they might look at those in sin with disdain, may have no pity and just look at the world as an ugly place, might lead to a nervous breakdown. A person that doesn't know anything about the world, when the eventual inevitability of having to face the world, is not going to be prepared in the least.

And you can't blame other people or the world for your cussing and such. That was your own decisions to make. You have to admit, looking back at that, you can see where your prayer, fasting, and reading your word would have benefited you? Not trying to come down on you bro, just putting into perspective.
