most I have talked to can't stand Condi Rice and to mention clarence thomas you might as well have said the name of the anti christ.

again, not sure what the deal is - they tell me that they are all stuck up and think they are white

That's because they're Republicans ... it's a double standard the AA community needs to address ... your political affiliation doesn't make you any less ...

Thoughts?

Sounds like he might be compromising his principles just to get some exposure .... JMO.

Rick Warren just had Hillary a few weeks ago in his pulpit.

He is becoming more and more liberal all the time

Just wondering if Pastor Schmitz would admit to Keyes preaching a sermon at his church... I know the standard protocol for this type of thing is to say he just "spoke" to the congregation.

Ironically, after speaking/preaching for an hour ... the journalist describes his message as a sermon in the newspaper article.

** Is Schmitz ... con, mod, or lib?

I like Alan Keyes. His voice in the party needs to be heard.

Keys is pretty good. I remember him being a Baptist.

UPC in the South have a long standing tradition of having candidates speak.

If memory isnt failing me I thought I read some years back he was Cathoilc. If he ever got the Republican nomination he would have my vote.

There's the reason they don't like them.

I have to shudder though - - just because they are educated, speak well and stand up for what's right (and hit others where it hurts), they think they want to be white.

It's a sad outlook if you ask me.

Unlike every other culture, they have never been taught by the leaders that they respect how to assimilate in general culture. Instead, the vast majority of them listen to the likes of Jackson and Sharpton whose agenda is to divide for the sake of their own purse.

A few black leaders have tried to gain a respectable voice among them to help navigate the blacks into general assimilation, such as Mr. Cosby, but have been largely ballyhooed as an Uncle Tom. Persons such as Sharpton and Jackson have done their own race an enormous discredit from which it will take many decades to recover and possibly never will if blacks continue attributing credit and respect to such voices.

I agree completely!
