As a teen I was told this was about the trinitarians. :lol

But, many don’t even receive the Holy Ghost, they learn “prayer talk.”

It is proven over and over again that they falsify miracles.

So,..!?

I will add, many don’t even pray in Jesus’ name. They pray in the name of the F, S, Hg.

Obedience to God's word is first and foremost. The disciples forbade an individual who was casting out demons in Jesus name. But the individual was not a follower of Jesus. Jesus doesn't even deal with the issue of the performing miracles in His name. Jesus brings up the fact if someone is doing a wonderous work in His name it hinders the individual from speaking evil against Jesus. The man or women would have no credibility to accuse Jesus of being false, if they are doing miracles in His name.

Mark 9:38-39

And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us. But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.

Here is an example in Matthew 12:24-27

But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils. And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.

Jesus tells the Pharisees that if He was using the name of a demon to cast out demons. Then what name was the Pharisees' children casting the demons out?

Miracles were not the indicator of obedience to God. The Egyptian magicians are proof of that.

Matthew 16:4

A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.

The power of the Gospel, the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ.

Jesus warned them against looking for the supernatural instead of the sign of Messiah.

Let me add this, I believe in the supernatural, signs and wonders.

I just don't believe they qualify a true man of God. Jesus did say you'll know a tree from is fruit.

Let’s meet in Broken Bow or Texarkana. You keep trying to make me a Texican or a Lousyanian. It’s about two plane tickets and an Uber for me to get to Vidor. I’d probably be better off coming to Salt Lake.

Obviously then the supernatural is not always through obedience.

What is interesting about these characters described by Jesus is they do these miraculous and supernatural things in His Name. Yet they are workers of iniquity (lawlessness). What is also interesting is they CLAIM to be doing these supernatural things, but are they really? Or is that just what they believe? The text seems to indicate they actually believe they have done miraculous and wonderful works, so apparently *something* was going on that to them appeared miraculous and supernatural.

But in any event, they are shown the door, because even though they profess to be Christians and that Jesus is their Lord it is only lip service, they do not actually obey Him, they are practitioners of lawlessness. A lot of strange things happen in life, weird stuff goes on all the time. But one thing we can be sure of, the only ones entering into Life are those who actually obey God's commandments.

Adultery, scandals, divorce and an explosive ministry, the world has never recovered from...

“They drove me away from the Church Because I was divorced.”
-Kathryn Kuhlman

In one occasion, Kathryn Kuhlman was preaching in a church and someone informed the pastor that she was divorced which led the pastor walking up to the front and grabbing the microphone from her and apologizing to the crowd for having a “false prophet” preaching, she was escorted by the ushers out of the church and ran off town. She wept!

On a rare occasion where Kathryn would address her past she made this comment about her peers during her crisis. “... You know sometimes it’s a thousand times easier to die physically than to keep on living. You see, the Lord forgives, but people don’t.

They’ll drive it in, and they’ll drive it in, and they’ll drive it in, and they’ll drive it in. And they’ll pierce your heart, and they’ll pierce it clear through.

Kathryn Kuhlman died! This was her popular phrase, she would go on to say, it was the price she paid for the glory.

Kathryn remembers vividly the days she died to and carried God's glory.
"It’s much easier to die than to live, death to the flesh and the opinions of this world, that very day at the end of that dead-end street is when I died at four, on a saturday afternoon.
Today, I feel it was part of God’s perfect will for my life.”

For Kathryn Kuhlman, her greatest anointing began to manifest from 49-59 years.
In those days, she walked past people and they collapsed to the floor because of the heavy presence of the Holy Spirit she carried. Healings and strange miracles never before recorded accompanied her ministry till death.
Even through Kathryn Kuhlman was out of public ministry for almost 8 years, when she hit the platform again, the glory of the latter house surpassed the former.
Suddenly all the churches that attacked her because of her divorce, opened their arms wide like they weren’t the ones that almost drove her into suicide.
The anointing was always there. All it needed was activation and constant use. God’s grace is irreversible. He does not change His mind about what He gives, He’s not two-faced. Your perspective or mindset about Him may change, but He does not.
So many have may have left ministry because of one thing or the other, you may have stopped pastoring, holding meetings or whatever form of ministry because of pressures, financial, marital or personal issues, but know that God uses these pressures to bring out His best in us.
Apostle Paul says: we are pressed on every side but not crushed, cast down but not destroyed. The promise always comes after the process.
From Kathryn’s example, we have learned that no one is far too gone, no one is out of God’s use, and instead of driving the word of God against people that are under pressure, let’s help them heal. Let’s get them back on track. Handle that brother or sister with care. God does not just want some individual spiritual giants, He wants to build His body! God is not just interested in your denomination, He wants to build His Church!

HER LAST MEETING..
As everyone left the auditorium, Kathryn walked quietly to the end of the stage. She raised her head and slowly scanned the balcony, as if she was gazing at every seat. It seemed like an eternity. Then, Kathryn dropped her gaze to the second balcony, following every row and every seat with her eyes. Then, she looked at the ground floor, studying every seat.
We can only imagine what was going through Kathryn's mind, the memories, the victories, the healings, the laughter, and the tears. Was it possible that Kathryn knew she would never return to the platform? Was it possible that, at that moment, she said good-bye to her earthly ministry?
In just a little over three weeks from that date, Kathryn passed on into glory in the Hillcrest Medical Center of Tulsa, Oklahoma, after open-heart surgery.

I must’ve missed this post.

Chris was married, divorced, and remarried. Committed adultery against his second wife. Maybe his next FaceBook post will be about Earl Paulk?

Maybe I don't know the answer to the infidelity problem, but I'm guessing it's true discipleship in small groups with time spent together, teaching biblical principles and accountability. You can't do this seeing someone once or twice a week. And it's difficult to undo the extreme brain washing of the world's education, culture, and entertainment system.

Like someone said, it's the people who are supporting this behavior and keeping these ministries in power positions.

People who can't discern a false prophet, or know the qualifications for ministry, or basic issues of right and wrong.

Anyone can’t to the extent that Chris did. He climbed near to the top by listening to the voice of another spirit. A minister about a year ago told Chris you need to see what you’re doing and how it’s affecting your family. This minister told him, there is a price to pay and you’ll pay it with your children and wife. From my understanding that minister didn’t know about the thing with this women, yet God was giving Chris a chance to repent and walk away. Sadly, I don’t say this with glee or excitement, Chris didn’t chose that, and now his deeds are being opened like a book for all to read and see.

It’s more than just walking into a large congregation and cold calling a persons “issues”. He idolized William Branham and I do believe he was following the same spirit guide as his idol. Time will tell…

It's like when people watch a magician do a trick that can't be explained. We don't actually believe it's magic. We know it is manipulation. If Chris was all powerful, and all knowing, his spirit guide had a glitch. Because Chris made mistakes in his prophetic career. Hits and misses miss the supernatural bullseye.

After going over the information on Rick Joyner and Chris Reed's issues. I find that Rick Joyner is to blame for all of this. If you listen to Rick Joyner address his church family, he make the case that Reed shouldn't of been made pastor, If Rick had more info. Yet, Rick Joyner did have information. He had the information that Chris and Katheryn were together in a vehicle alone. End of discussion. Married man, with a woman who was not his wife. Rick Joyner in ministry for 50 years? He couldn't figure that out? He was in the ministry for 50 years, and was doing it wrong for 50 years? Rick Joyner is to blame just as much as Chris Reed. They both need to be sat down.

Same thing.

Coercion, in any form is still antichrist.

Yet, my whole thought on these people is that money becomes the motivator to stay in the ministry "business." Esaias brought up in another thread concerning "3.5 years or 1260 years" a situation about Dalton Thomas Lifsey, founder, and president of Frontier Alliance International (FAI). How Dalton Thomas Lifsey committed the same crimes as the Chris Reed. Dalton Thomas Lifsey wasn't Apostolic, and neither is Chris Reed for that matter.

These are men who are weak minded, not only in self discipline. But morally. You can find strong minded individuals across the spectrum. From Atheist, to Hindu Sadhu. The same goes for weak minded people. There are people who have no business in leadership. Especially in the pulpit. But once they are rooted out, it is now your job, to keep them out. Just because we have some idiots who abuse their authority in Apostolic Pentecost, doesn't mean the whole community of leaders are soul devouring maggots.

Compare this scripture to,

Mark 16:17-18
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

One portion of scripture is saying there will be some that tell the Lord all they have done, yet they never knew him? They never had a relationship with him, there was never an intimate knowing of the Lord. Then how could have they done all this? It could be what they felt like they have done in "Jesus name" but really they took the lords name in vain, and accomplished nothing. Because before the verse in Matthew it talks about a good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, a hypocrite will stat what they have done, but there is no fruit to prove what he has done.

Now, when we read Mark, it's saying as plain as the sun giving light, that signs are going to follow a believer. If there are no signs following you and I are we a believer?

In Mark 9:38-39 the writer defines why Jesus couldn’t care if the individual was performing miracles in His name. The writer in Mark states if someone was performing miracles in Jesus, name they wouldn’t ( due to losing credibility ) speak evil against Jesus. Yet, we still have the issue from this scripture, that the individual wasn’t a follower of Jesus. So, what is actually the “belief” πιστεύσασιν found in Mark 16:17? Yet in Mark 16:16 informs the reader if they lose that “trust” they will be condemned. Hence lawlessness is not continuing in trusting in Christ’s Gospel message through faith.

This is interesting because this individual was casting out devils, when in a portion of scriptures (Mark 9:17) the disciples couldn't, because of their unbelief.
The disciples still contemplating the rebuke they just received from the Lord are indeed upset and see this man casting a devil, that they themselves couldn't.

Are they saying "follow not after us" as in, he doesn't believe in you, he doesn't know who you are. Or, he is not following you, like we are?

It could be that this same individual was part of the 72 the Lord sent out.

Cain, and Abel were brothers who personally knew God. They both could hear God’s voice. Yet, in devotion they differed greatly. One was loving God in devotion. While the other just wanted to get his sacrifice accepted so he could get on with his life. While we all like to perceive ourselves as devoted to God. We don’t really focus on how He perceives us. Pretty sobering that He will ignore us while we are casting out demons and telling church visitors their names. All the while He is doing it because we won’t bad mouth him?

This was pretty eye-opening. I listened to the whole video. This young couple had some very interesting views on this whole situation.

Smart phone, and tablet prophets making a profit of sincere souls.
It sickens me to my soul, how these butchers, murder sweet people. People who so much want God to be real to them. That want God to speak to them through these individuals. Men and women who knowingly lie under Jesus name. All so they can make themselves rich. They already have their rewards. Yet, they don't even care that they will destroy themselves eternally. Looking (or listening) with a electronic device, the information they call out to the congregation. My prayer, is that these individuals repent, be baptized in Jesus name, and infilled with the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.

The fig tree in Luke 13 represents Jerusalem.

The tree of knowledge of good and evil symbolizes man’s free will to decide whether to follow Gods word or their own.
