He's already let them know he's stepping down. I'm not sure when he oficially is not a part of the National leadership team.

Chicago Pastor, why is Wayne Francis leaving his position with the UPC?

Is he leaving the organization, or just his job?

he's leaving the job at HQ's
He feels God calling him home to NY to Pastor.

I think, at this point, by the time National Youth President opens up again he'd be too old to take the position.

Wayne is not politicaly minded so I'm not sure if that would play into his decision or not.

no no no.

He is still and will continue to be UPC
he's one of the top (at least top 10) youth speakers in our organization

Not sure of the answer but after all the flack he got for the last Youth Congress, it doesn't surprise me. I wouldn't want to work with people who placed blame on me unfairly.

You people don't need to start nit-picking and tearing Bro Francis down in his efforts and methods of outreach.
I'm sure he believes the truth let him win souls in the wisdom that he is called to do. God bless you Bro Francis in
