Of course there will be an ice cream eating contest correct? The kind where the contestants hands are tied behind their backs?

No, we might just combine the meal with dessert. :toofunny

Haven't eaten there in years. I used to like the Coffee flavor the best.

This is a great recipe. I have tested it and it does very well.

Brownies for a Crowd

4 sticks butter
8 oz chocolate baking squares
8 eggs
3 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. unbleached flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. vanilla

15x11x3 pan (greased)

Melt butter and chocolate. Beat eggs until frothy. Slowly add sugars to eggs. Pour in butter and chocolate mixture. Combine dry ingredients. Slowly add to chocolate mixture. When smooth, add vanilla mixing well.

Bake @ 350 for 20 to 24 minutes.

I very seldom eat ice cream, but if I do, it's coffee flavor every time! :thumbsup
