We don't have urinals in ladies rooms Sam.

I don't think the law requires stall doors to be closed.

Probably not, but modesty does.

I think y'all are over reacting a bit. Perverts could expose themselves in bathrooms the way it is now, especially in the men's room. Plus, you women folk are always going to the bathroom with each other anyway and probably see alot more of each other's bodies than men do. This law isn't about a man, dressed as a man, going into the women's room. It's about transgendered people being allowed to use the restroom they most identify with. Transvestites do not identify themselves as being a woman trapped in a man's body.

I also heard of another instance where a butch looking lesbian was denied access to the ladies room because a bouncer didn't believe she was actually a woman.

Yep, personal liberties, right?

Actually, I think a man can be arrested for indecent exposure for intentionally leaving a stall door open, scooting on the toilet seat, and sitting there for others to see the goods. In fact, I have been to more than one public restroom that didn't even have doors on the stalls, so I don't think they'd have a law about doors having to be shut and not have one about the stall having a door in the first place.

Bro .... a young boy seeing another male's privates is common ... one wouldn't know if this was intentional or inadvertent if this happened in a male only restroom

but would you want your daughter having to be exposed to male genitalia ... because of this?

Really under what intent ... he could simply give a million "legitimate" reasons for scooting up. It's a bathroom for God's sake.

How would you feel if you walked up to the ladies room and someone denied you access because they thought you looked like a man and not a woman?

They have family bathrooms now, why can't they make unisex bathrooms in addition to men and womens bathrooms. As the article says to be fair. Otherwise they are not being fair to heterosexuals.
