I've never been part of a mega-church, so I'm sure there are a lot of positions I didn't even think of.

Sherri Cupples gets my vote for over seeing Foreign Missions Church Plants, Orphanage Relief and Mission Trips- She has and is like visiting over 5 countries this year and works really hard to meet these folks needs in poorer countries.
