Chosen...you come on here and imply that you have been held back because you are Hispanic, you say you met every requirment but your pastor wouldn't approve you because he wanted his son to go first, and then you make a statement that power corrupts...

Who has held you back? By your own testimony you've never been approved for license by your pastor. So, it's not the district board you're expressing a problem with.
If you don't think we're going to read criticism of your pastor in these posts, you need to go back and change some things.
