Ending of the day is at the sunset, not sunrise! Are you saying He arose about 6pm? And not only that, but IN the third day still is not PAST 72 hours. Any part of the third day puts it LESS than 72 hours.

Sunday ENDED about 6pm. Or do you mean he resurrected Saturday at 6pm? That's the end of the day. Both are impossible.

He arose the same time they put Him in the grave on the third day.

They put him in the grave just before SUNSET. And you are saying He arose just before sunset? That is before 6pm Sunday!! It was the MORNING when He arose.

Day begins at EVENING.

That's why Genesis said:

Gen 1:5 KJV And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Evening first.

And any time BEFORE sunset puts it LESS than 72 hours, again, if the THIRD DAY is the day he arose.

Nope he did not raise on a morning He was already risen on the morning He arose the same time they placed Him in the grave. Exactly.:thumbsup

He was put in the grave shortly BEFORE sunset. So you say he arose shortly before sunset? That means he either arose on, the sabbath, Saturday evening right before sunset... which is NOT the first day of the week... OR he rose on the first day of the week right before sunset which is late Sunday evening...

Neither of those scenarios matches the Bible. He arose the third day (not AFTER the third day) and it was before dawn and it was on the first day of the week.

Which are impossible in your scenario.

Yep, just like I thought: it's that "new math" they brought in.
