I haven't heard anything!

There may be another JCM Alumni reunion in 2010 or so. "Take Me Back 2" should be loads of fun. We learned that we did a lot of things right, and some things wrong last time. Hopefully, we've learned how to do it right! :D

We had to do TONS of research to find those that we did! JCM did not give us the info that we requested. They used the "privacy" excuse, although we were all alumni. Bro. Craft assured us that next time we would get anything we needed.

Next time we will have a good head start.

Christ Church doesn't want it back I hear and it wont be in Nashville next time- true ???????Also, a lot of UPCers wont come if they have it in one of the "backslidden" churches :christmasjig

QUESTION:

Did the UPC church that hosted LWs Last party catch any Heat ???
there was tremedous oppostion and criticism on the forum.

also, i know a UPCer who went and got a harsh rebuke from someone very well known here in CA. I have a witness on this forum that can attest to this

:toofunny It won't be at Christ Church, but it won't be because they don't want us back! :toofunny

It will more than likely be at a hotel ballroom or some other neutral site. The city is yet to be determined!

My understanding is that LW rented that church for b-day party. Many churches that have desirable facilities rent them out for weddings, funerals, and uh....b-day parties. If you got the money honey.....something like that. :gift

I am one of the two to which you refer? Surely Thad you are not interested in making this personal by calling people overweight. That would be a mistake on your part . . . :gift

I heard that Pianoman was quitting his job with Steinway to travel with the Lanny Wolfe Trio on their new tour. I am not sure if he is playing bass or piano. He will have to post the details.

No. It's ok. He only agreed when he was guaranteed not to have to share a hotel room while on tour.

He and Dan Davis can alternate on the bass ... Dave Hutton can play the drums again.

David Graham can come back and handle the sound and of course Wayne Goodine can play the organ.

Man ... that would be a bunch of ancient relics on tour about on par with the Rolling Stones. :santathumb

I'll be 52 tomorrow, and only Dave Hutton would be younger than me. (by one year!)

Instead of a group of wannabees, it would be a group of hasbeens! :killinme

I'll have to admit that it would be fun to do a few songs together for old times sake! :)

TimLan, don't forget that I played the drums too on one of the LWT live albums!
