Brother Price's father just passed
 

Brother Price just received word that his father passed away.

He and Dan A. are on the way to the hospital now.

Bro Price has been through a lot lately, and has just in past couple weeks begun a new start. Please, if you can, take a moment to uphold him and his mother in prayer.

Thanks to you all. Dad did not pass of the cancer. Earlier today, they found that pneumonia had developed and spread throughout his lungs, and chest. He had 100% fill of his good lung, and the other lung had the cancer. He passed at 8:00PM. The doctor called me herself, and told me of his passing.

Folks, you have no idea of the love and strength I feel right now. I had so much peace, that as I stood over my Dad's body, my eyes filled with tears, and I lifted my hands in praise because the Lord was my Shepard, my Strength, my Shield, and my Fortress.

My Dad is now resting in the hands of the One who has bowed Kingdoms and whole religions. Thanks to all for the love and compassion shown.

Bro. Griffin, bless and thank you for all...and I mean ALL, the love you have shown as well.

I literally just stopped working here at almost midnight and decided to log on as I am laying in bed.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Please know that your AFF family is holding you up in prayer. I will be praying for you tonight, tomrrow, and in the coming days. I know there are no words really to comfort at a time like this so my only advice is to lean on the everlasting arms of God.

ago in Oct. I stood at the bedside of my beloved father as he slipped from

this world. God had dried my tears the night before as HE touched me

with a special touch that would take me through the next few days. I

recalled the words "The LORD giveth and the LORD taketh away, BLESSED

be the Name of the LORD." Brother, your precious dad is in the best of

Hands.

Praying Strength and mercy find it's way to your family in this time of need!

I know what it is like to lose a father, especially to sickness. I lost mine 1 1/2 years back in may,2006 to complications of diabeties, heart attack and ARDS (Adult respirtory distress syndrome). It won't be easy, But it will get easier to bear.
