Pray for SoCali
 

I have not come to the forum to pray for me personally...but I am doing it today. Over the course of the last month, I have had a small growth on my face. What looked like a pimple has become something else. I went to the doctor today and they took a biopsy. There appears to be nothing wrong...but they do not specifically know what it is. They have an idea but are not certain. Of course, the results are 5-7 days away. I am asking that you believe with me and pray that it is nothing serious and that it will all be good. In addition, those that know me, know I can dwell on things. I ask that you also pray with me for peace of mind during this time.

I should note...they don't think it is anything serious...but can't be certain until the results come back saying so. I am just believing and praying that it is not anything serious and that I have peace of mind in the waiting.

Socali, I believe I had something similar once and it was nothing - you'll be fine.

BTW, I got the scare of my life Yesterday at church! The Guest preacher we had called me out and told me that the spirit of cancer had tried to attack me but wouldn't let it prevail! i was like WHAT.

I see the spirit of cancer as the fear that it produces. The fear is what paralyzes and makes us crazy. My thought is that if we can break the "spirit" of cancer then we can have peace through the storm.

Who knows? This situation with SoCali could be exactly what the minister was talking about.

Yea you understand how it goes. i really do try to do the right things:
Exercise, I a maintain proper weight, and drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruit of veggies, take vitamins, that's the best i can do

UPDATE:

Just got back from the doctor and I have what is called Bowen's Disease...a type of skin cancer. I will be going to Dermatology for further testing.

Needless to say, I am asking you to pray for me. God is a Healer!
