Some Users Have A + Beside Username

I have noticed some users have a + beside there user names, what is it?
Is it a secret password, tracking device, points giver, addition agent....???

Ware can I gits mine???:hmmm

So Ron... if you try to add a friend more than once does that mean they will have 2 ++ besides their names ??? If so does that mean you have double crossed them? ;)
