Smilie Scripture, Sermon, or Song
Ok, lets have some fun.
Pick a Smilie. Any Smilie. Now, post a Scripture to go with that smilie. Add a "semonette" or song if you wish. I'll go first: :tissue Rev 7:17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. If I could count all the tears that have fallen It would seem like an ocean to me If my heart were a window you could look through Oh the pain and scars you would see. I have questioned the loss of a loved one The grave seems so final and cold. But we'll meet again where death has no victory In a land where we'll never grow old. I've never met one man without sorrow And I've never looked into eyes with no pain. But I know a land where grief is a stranger And songs of joy are the only songs we'll sing. Chorus Tears will never stain the streets of that city No wreath of death on my mansion door. Teardrops aren't welcome beyond the gates of Glory Because the heart will never break anymore. |

Psa 150:1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Psa 150:2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Psa 150:3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Psa 150:4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Psa 150:5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Psa 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD. Praise the Lord, everybody! Everybody, Praise the Lord! And, huh, I just checked the Pentecostal Hymnal and I... huh...I couldn't find some of the songs on this thread. Those wouldn't be WORLDLY songs, now would they???? Or could it be that MUSIC DEVILS have infiltrated our ranks? But, even if I have to toot my own horn, this turned out to be a fun thread! |
