I was reading thru the thread about the diminishing numbers of the UPC and got to page 5 and suddenly the whole thread disappeared! Where'd it go?

Yeah, they got all upset about some things I said and shut it down even though I told them I was considering deleting my posts since my apologies were not accepted. Evidently they felt I wasn't swift enough in my actions and decided to be more proactive. That's cool.

Not exactly - because you said you were going to delete your posts and asked how, the admin team temporarily shut it down to delete those for you and it will be reopened as soon as that's done.

I said I was 'considering' deleting the posts. I would have appreciated a little more than the approx 15 minutes or so I was allowed. I went to check on something else, decided to delete the posts, came back and poof it was done already. I guess it really doesn't matter, they're gone and that's what we both wanted. Like I said over there, I wasn't trying to be offensive and like I told you in PM I'm a nice guy and reasonable too. I just misjudged the nature of the discussion. I'll not make that mistake again.

So you are criticizing admin for being efficient?

If posts are deemed inappropriate they will be deleted as quickly as possible.
