I'm at Renda's for a few days to try to help out a little, and just to hang out and have a little fun! She's doing fabulous, in fact is out letting the dog out right now. She's very independent!! Continue to pray for a miraculous and quick recovery.

Make sure she does all of the physical therapy she is supposed to do no matter how painful so she will make a full recovery. I am still praying for her.

Oh no, I've been forgotten!

It's such a blessing to have a friend like Sherri! She brought tons of groceries and is planning on cooking low-fat meals for us! She gave me a choice of three menus to cook today - - - I'm going to be spoiled!!!!


Who would have ever thought 30 years ago that my JCM friend would be in my home taking care of me (and she's my pastor's wife too)!!!!!

Yes m'am. Taking a road trip w/ the kids and mom to visit Darcie. We'll be there for spring break. We'll arrive this Saturday ... Jaeli is celebrating her 4th birthday on that day.

Maybe one of you Tennessee folks can tell me which you think is the best route to Jackson from Houston, TX ...

Option A -Mapquest is giving me this route .... a straight shot and shorter time ... but sometimes I just don't trust Mapquest ....


Option B - While Google Maps ... is a little longer ... but I find them to be more reliable ...
Here are their directions.

Any thoughts? Which might be more scenic?
