Round Two: I'll Be Granda Again This Week
 
It's official. My new granddaughter will be here no later than Friday morning! The baby is breach, so Tiffany has a c-section scheduled for 8:00, the 25th. Please be praying that all goes well.

She still remains nameless. They are leaning heavily toward Eliza, but they don't have a middle name. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You can fill in the blank: Eliza _____ Flatt

Oh yes, one more thing. I will try my best to NOT throw my grandbaby down the stairs!!

LOL! You only say that because you are right behind me! Actually this is their second child. Big brother Ashton is 3-1/2 and can't wait until his sissy gets here!

Well we are sure glad you dont plan on doing like others we know and throwing her down the stairs LOL... however if you had plans to do this before her birth you could have them change the name from Eliza to Ariel LOL .... sorry bad joke....

Victoria is a nice middle name too

Tiffany wanted to name her Eliza Brooke. Paul went along with that for awhile and then nixed it a few weeks ago. She's thinking maybe Eliza Kathryn, but is really at a loss.

Actually it is great for you to be a grandparent so young!

Congrats, I like the middle name Victoria or Nicole, one of my daughter's was named Amelia Nicole, I have a granddaugther named Victoria and one named Amelia Nicole. Great names Tamor.

I think Eliza Brianne Flatt is a pretty name, or perhaps Eliza Brianna.

Congratulations Tamor! Whatever the name I know she will be beautiful.
I'm right behind you on the 26th when my newest grandson will arrive. That will give me 10! [8 boys and 2 girls ] This will be my youngest son's 6th son! They already have: Jesse, Jonathan, Joshua, Jeremiah, and Josiah. Now they need another Bible name beginning with "J" and the choices are becoming more scarce.
PS: I'm not as brave as PianoMan so I'm staying off the stairs.

Okay, to whomever changed my thread title, thanks for the help, but it wasn't a typo. I really am GRANDA. That's what my "grandparent" name is. I didn't want to be called something that sounds "old", so I came up with my own. I always did like to be different!

Yeah, Granda and Renda are alot alike. I hadn't thought about it, but that would be cute for you. Feel free to steal on!

We're Granda and Jon Jon. Ashton has four Pappaws, and calls each one of them by Pappaw and their first name. He has two Nanas so we just came up with our own grandparent names!

No they aren't. Just ask the Duggars, who have 17 children, all with names starting with J, and ten of them are boys. :D

Thank you so much! Her first delivery was so easy and smooth that she said then that she dreaded getting pregnant again. She was afraid she would have problems with the next one. She has never had any kind of surgery, so she is a little nervous.

Well those C-sections are so common today, I'm sure she'll have no trouble at all. I will still remember her tomorrow.. what time zone are you in?
