BTW, I watched your favorite show, Extreme Home Makeover, tonight and I cried for two hours. WOW!!!! Is that show always such a tear jerker. I was completely wore out. If it had lasted another hour, I would have had to check into a psych ward. :mal:woot

She is full blooded St. Bernard. And yes she will probably be ridden by grandchildren on occassion when she gets bigger er older.........LOL

I know wasn't it great. A family home and a church got rebuilt. And the twin brothers got new Ford trucks. You know everyone they do that for are such givers to their communities. I am going to try to get DVD's of the last two seasons as they built homes in all 50 states.
Oh I know, I have stock in Puff's tissues..........:tic

:tissue :tissue :tissue

Can see those markings of a St Bernard.

This is a pic of my son with my mom's German Shepherd mix, Sammy (on the left) and my brother's St. Bernard/Great Dane mix. Sadly, she suddenly died this past week, but she was a BIG dog. This pic doesn't do her justice. She weighed about 180 pounds.

She does not realize her own strength. Poor Austin is come here Emily...... go away Emily........lol
She flops down and wants him to rub her belly, but he wants to hug her. But of course she is panting from running around and he sees her teeth and he takes off and hides behind me..........LOL She does like to follow him around when he's riding his bike. We don't let her out of her pen very often yet, all the other dogs around are smaller then her even though Perry's dogs are older she knocks them down.

She's a doll though. So sweet.
Yeah, I have had a crush on those guys at Extreme Makeover Home Edition since the first time I watched it.

Both moochers huh? What a great pic.
Am sorry to hear that. We lost our first St. Bernard years ago right after she was spayed. I have been wanting one for a long time.

:toofunny not much to hide behind there. Now if I was there I could offer Austin a bit more protection/cover to hide behind.:bliss

It's ok. I've said a few things in my life where I then said to myself, "DOH!!"

LOL! Yeah, they are moochers for sure. Eat anything!

Gabby and Sammy both like dog biscuits for a treat, and last Sunday, my brother threw her one, but she wouldn't eat it. He made the remark that she must be sick to refuse a treat! She went to his room and got in his bed. He went about 20 minutes later to check on her and she was lying on her side and she was bloated really bad. He called my mom in to see what was wrong and my mom told him that it wasn't good. He called the vet and was told that it sounded like 'the bloat', a condition where the intestines are twisted and air is trapped. He also said that in addition to the $2000 bill, there really wasn't any hope, and they'd probably just put her down if he brought her in. She died within the hour at home. She was really a good and funny dog.

Anyway, I don't want to bring down your happy thread with your new puppy. My kids want one, but my four cats would eat it.....LOL!

LOL about the cats. We had an attack cat that was Siamese. Sit on top of the door post and jump on people coming in the house, hide in the kitchen cabinets and when you opened them he would jump down on you. :toofunny

Here is a picture of my old lady, Shelby aka Poodle Butt. She is a Cairn Terrier with really bad allergies (hence the blood shot eyes).

Well thankfully the food store is close by............:bliss

She is not fed scraps. And her pen is right next to the chicken coop. But she just ignores them, although when we first got her she would just stare at them for a while and bark a little, stare a while, bark a little. She has no idea I guess they could be food.............:reaction

Cute, but I don't care for ankle biters very much. I love BIG dogs.
