Lost Thread

I was in the middle of reading the thread about sheri's daughter eloping when I went to turn the page, and the thread no longer exists :reaction...what happened to it?

It probably got zapped.

Offensive threads get zapped around here sometimes.

It needed to be zapped. I'm really sorry that thread went in that direction. Reported it ... like I'm sure others did.

I've become very wary about sharing my personal business anymore online ... not because of anyone here ... just the nature of the beast. This has pretty much sealed it for me.

This reaction from JF is extremely troubling and sad. Sherri and her family have been nothing but honorable and kind to my family. I owe the Cupples a great debt of gratitude for what they've done for DC and JC.

Not one poster here deserves to be treated this way ... there are limits to everything.

ok, something bad must have happened in the pages that I hadn't gotten to yet. It's sad that such a happy announcement thread can turn so bad:tissue

There are ignorant people everywhere...
Now I will say no more, in case this thread goes downhill as well.

It is tragic that some are so unhappy with their own lives they cannot abide the happiness of another.

Amen! I read the first couple of offensive posts but missed all the rest of the garbage.

I have known Ashley since she she 20 months old, and I love her like a daughter. I hate that folks can't just put aside their difference of opinion, just say "Congratulations" and move on!

It was clear that there was an agenda, in spite of their insistance to the contrary.

They must not have known that I'm the resident detective around here...LOL!

An agenda ... who would have an agenda against those involved?

Dan, when two seemingly different individuals sign on as members of this forum just one day apart and post nothing else but their negative opinions on the lives of two people and the mother's actions and reactions to the decisions that the two individuals made as adults and claim to know nothing about those people nor each other, therefore not have an agenda, yet they both sent friend requests to each other, and one of them posts 'love y'all' on the other's visitor comments site, well, I just don't believe what they claim to be true.

Call me a critic or what you will, but I know I'm right. Anyone with half a brain would agree with my assessment.
