Here he is at the final hurrah! This was after the graduation ceremony! The last one is out of High School!! Praise God!!

Thank you, Granny. I am proud :) Justin is a great kid. Not into drinking, drugging, partying or anything like that. He really enjoys our church youth group and that's where the majority of his circle of friends are from. He does have 2 very special friends tho. Two guys he has been friends with all the way thru school. They all graduated last week from Penta. The three families went out to Olive Garden afterwards to celebrate. We all had such a great time! I'm gonna miss these guys when Justin goes away to college. He's going to Shawnee State University in Portmouth, Ohio. The other two boys will be going to Owens Community College, near here.


LOL! Thanks, H1. (But I guess I have to be honest and remind you that Justin is adopted. I do think he probably gets his good looks from his birth mom tho.)

I guess I figure it's not our generation. We all did things at those ages that our parents just shook their heads at. My youngest one wants to let his hair grow long. We do have some limits on it, but for the most part my theory is "it's just hair". I'd say the same things with the jeans. It's just jeans. Could be worse. I'm much more interested in what's int he hearts of these boys than what's on the behind of them. My understanding is that you've got 3 good 'uns, MOW. Stand proud.

I wish!!!! They are all 3 still at home!!! The oldest is full time in college after getting out of the Army, our second is trying to get his finances in order and of course our 3rd just graduated. I want to try this empty nester thing out sometime soon!!! :D (they do pay "rent" though)

You're right!!! When I think of some of the folks who attend NLC, my kids are doing fine. I have an OBGYN who just loves NLC and then I have a truck driver who looks like a MAJOR "goth." Both of these men love the Lord and each ministers to a different segment of society. To see them worshiping in the same church is utterly amazing!!!

It's only clothing & hair!!! Too bad many don't have that same attitude. :D
