My first pick in the Mega-Church draft would be

1. Mama Alvear .... she would be be Pastor of Evangelism.

Her heart for outreach and love for the lost is evident in all she says and posts.

She is also a woman of action.

2. The in-house prophet would be ChicagoPastor.

His gift is evident and God is using him mightily overseas and here.

3. Media Ministry team - Monkeyman and CC1.

Both have a talent, passion and gift for this very vital ministry in the 21st century church.

4. Pastor of Operations - Pastor Poster.

He has vast experience in logistics. Is attentive to detail ... very conscious about being cost-effective and accountable to the people of God .... and has the people skills (for the most part) to run the day to day operations.

Love to hear him preach too.

5. Music Pastor - St. Mark

Dude's got skillz and lots of experience. Seems very dedicated to his craft, ministry and is anointed.

6. Discipleship Pastor - Adino

No one touches Adino on sound doctrine ... his gentle and wise approach would be vital in seeing new converts grow in the Lord.

Of course Atlanta Bishop as Co Bishop....Dan would be my Spanish ministry leader and Pastor P would be the LOUD voice of reason on the deacon board.....NLYP would be the minister dealing with dying family members....Sis Alvear would be the neck that turns the head....Shara McKee will be the music minister...Thad is the resident gossiper that we preach against, but hang to every word he says....St Matthew would be there....St Matthew is the Bible thumper and deep spiritual person that each church has....

Pastor - rrford. Wise, good with people, conservative enough to respect the older people, progressive enough to appeal to the younger generation.

Co-Pastor - mfblume - great teacher, offers a lot of stability & dependability, could definitely watch over everything in the pastor's absence.

Youth Pastors - PhilJones & Pastor Poster

Outreach Directors - Old Paths and Daniel Alicea

Missions - Sister Alvear - no contest.

Music Director - Pianoman! I'd have to bring BHILL on board as the bass player and resident keep-the-MD-in-line person. StMark for the organist and choir director....Dora as one of the praise singers....I'd want to be part of that praise team, too....

Worship Leader - Not sure...I don't know who sings. I think the worship leader needs to be able to carry a tune, but charisma is equally important for this job.

Drama Director - Rico. With the help of TheMrs, rgcraig, Ronzo & Chewy.

Small Groups Ministry (Cell Groups) - Keith4Him

Young Couples Group - Pressing On. Teaching-wise...I think she has a healthy perspective on what it takes to make marriage and family work, and wouldn't be a fuddy-duddy about sex. (obviously...LOL) ...fun enough to plan some great fellowship, serious enough to plan great teaching opportunities.
