You can use Necco Wafers in sugar free nanner (Banana) pudding. What my husband gets for his b-day instead of cake. His favorite dessert and he is diabetic.

Our lunch bunch risked our lives today and went to a-hole-in the wall hamburger dive and had these awesome cheeseburgers!!!

Guy from the Food Network did a show there and it will be on soon. It's in a very scary area of Memphis (well, that's about 75% of Memphis), but we assumed with six hungry ladies we'd be safe.

When we pulled up there were three POlice cars in the parking lot, but we didn't see any bodies laying around so we went on in.

However, the beauty shop next to Uncle Lou's would let someone in, then lock the door back - - - a little worrisome.

This must be confession day. I'll have to think of something. But Necco wafers? I didn't know they still made them! I remember those from the 1950's. I ate so many one time they made me sick so ............ no more Necco's !!!

That was the plan but I came home to an awesome homemade meal! My kitchen contribution was very limited.

Somehow I don't think any of us know the half of it. (and I actually went to church with the Hoover family for a few years.) Mrs. Hoover is a wonderful lady, why on earth that she puts up with Stephen is beyond me. :tic

I ate two huge bowls of queso, with guac in it, and sour cream, and salsa all mixed up together with a huge bowl of chips.

then I had a couple of huge chicken fajitas with grilled veggies and smotherd in queso

then I had two huge chunks of some of the best Flan made by mankind. (well actually woman kind)

that was around 7 and I am still sickly full.

oh man it was good!

I'm not positive, but the thought of having Necca wafers in banana pudding is.......EWWWWWWWWW!
