Exactly, he is going to turn us into a third world country if he can.

The larger percentage of voters still trust McCain on National Security. We've always voted for the candidate strong on this issue. I know B. Hussein Obama is ahead. I just can't see the American people giving him our country. If they do, we are stupider than I had anticipated.

Other Obama changes to the seal include the removal of the shield over the eagle's breast, representing the president's oath to defend the Constitution.

Well, it's not very wise of his campaign PR person to allow this - - just more blatant "in your face" that we can see for ourselves. You'd think he'd want to lay low with stuff like this until AFTER the elections.

this is not a big deal at all-- it's just part of his campaign. some folks are over reacting to everything this man does or does not do.

It is a big deal when he replaces something like this even if it is JUST for his campaign.

Along with "the deletion of "E Pluribus Unum," long considered the de-facto motto of the United States, is not accidental for multiculturalists - the stars and stripes are there for a reason - - - they were taken out for a reason.

Never said it wasn't a big deal. I am just saying that this has nothing to do with anyone changing any seal. Obama made his campaign logo look like the presidential seal, nobody is changing it.

Why doesn't he just move into the white house today, and change the title "President" to Dictator.

He has no right to make his own campaign logo?

Look I am not an Obama supporter but you guys are going nowhere with this thread. He isn't changing anything, that is is HIS logo for HIS campaign. He can do whatever he wants with it.

I wouldn't have a problem with it if he'd left everything the same and just put Obama for President around the circle, but to change the two things that he did was very "in your face" and sending a message.

I am standing sideways in that picture, besides that is old. I weigh about 25 lbs more then when I boxed.

But, he didn't change one thing. He made a logo that looks similar because he is on a bid for the white house. There is nothing he is doing that MANY people haven't already done.

This was done very purposefully!!!

Like PO said this emblem STANDS for something and men have given their lives serving for the Commander in Chief standing behind that emblem. There is some sacredness to it.
