Wow, your forecast is worse than ours, how did that happen?? We are usually the worst, apart from the desert. Actually, our temps have been a little better than normal because of the barrier from the sun all of the smoke is providing.

Well, it is saying 101 today, but it is already 100, so I think we can call that one a bad "guess"!

If it is 100 degrees at 11:00 am, pretty safe to say it is going to be at least 5 or 6 degrees hotter than that at 3:00 pm!

Oh yeah, every since I was about 7 or 8. It actually doesn't give me too many problems anymore, I found a daily med. that works better for me than anything else ever has. But I still know what I need to avoid, and smoke is one of the big ones! I hate having to do the steroid treatments, I try to avoid that at all costs.

We have had a pretty good sized bluegrass convention here in town for the last couple of years as well, I have always wanted to check it out but haven't got a chance yet.
