Bill Price’s mother.

Many of you may not be aware but Bill lost his father a few months ago.

This afternoon he came home from work to find his mother slumped over a desk.

She was taken to the hospital where she was admitted.

They are still running tests, apparently she is having either heart or artery problems.

Your sincere prayers are appreciated.

I will be praying for both Bill's Mom and Bill himself. I know this must be very difficult for him so soon after losing his father.

Yesterday, I was at work, when someone came to get me. My Mom had fell sick, and she was at home. I rushed to the house, to find her slumped over in my computer chair, barely breathing, and almost dead. She was conscious, so, with her request, I took her to the ER at Memorial Northwest Hospital. They gave her nitro and ran tests on her, and found out she had not had any heart damage. But, they know something was wrong with her or her heart's surrounding arteries. This morning she is having a chemical stress test, and I have the unfortunate duty of informing my grandparents to her condition before I go to the hospital.

Needless to say, this is major. I just lost my Dad in December, and now my Mom goes down with heart problems. But, God has been a great source of peace and comfort. Many of my friend are praying for my Mom, and for this, I am very thankful.

Through it all, I had and continue to have great peace. Yes, the tears came last night, but I have His peace and His strength. As I told one person, if He did not stand me up, my knees would buckle and I would have collapsed by now. Thank God for peace in the midst of the storm.

Bro. Price,

Yes, in times like these we realize just how much we need HIM,
and HE is ALWAYS there for us. HE is THAT FRIEND that indeed
sticks closer than a brother.
I pray that GOD will see fit to give your Mother a speedy and
complete recovery, in Jesus Name!

Today was tough. More tests, and she remains real weak. I had to come home. I saw my Dad go through this, and I am not afraid to admit that I cannot just sit by and watch it again. I won't!

Thank you all. I pointed to the screen just now, and declared, "You see this, devil! Liberals and conservatives alike are agreeing in prayer. This spirit of cardiac problems ain't got a chance!"

Thank you all, again. She is very weak, but she is much better than yesterday. She is eating, and she is on oxygen still. Am praying and believing God for her healing. Thank you all for agreeing with me on this.

She is in Houston Northwest Hospital, on 1960 and I-45, room 5024.

Thank you all. I just called for an update. She is resting comfortably. But, I cannot sleep. I am concerned for her.
