I've got some cold beer to go with that bologna sandwich if he wants it. I don't know how old it is. Does that matter with beer? I just use it for making beer bread. But he can have it if he wants it.

Come on! Yest creates alcohol but it is slightly expended in the fermentation process as it produces ethanol.
