Three tiny things

Ok, here is the idea, you tell one (or more) thing to our AFF family that we don’t already know about you. It could be a funny story, or a sweet memory, or a really touching moment. Don’t be too revealing (for those types who run to tell on you), just tell us something. You don’t have to name places or things- just event that meant something (or nothing) in your life…

But here is the rub; you also have to tell two other things that didn’t really happen to you. You can leave it up and let people guess or you can reveal it later, or if you get 57 PMs about why you robbed a bank, you can answer that way.

I broke into someones house once when I was a teenager, and was put in the back of a police car until someone came to identify me.

I was charged as a hit and run driver while pregnant with my daughter, and was read my rights and had a mug shot taken.

My first boyfriend was 10 years older than me.

One of my boyfriends as a teenager was once a body-guard to Janet Jackson.

Well, I am going to go with southern gospel music, because while Mr. Rodgers was a hunk and all (and those sweaters were H-O-T!), I wouldn't want those little puppet-people in my closet.... :aaa

Naw, Actually when I was a massage therapist I worked in a Spa and I would keep my cell phone in a cabinet above the sink. One time I opened the cabinet and it vibrated right out of the cabinet and into a bowl of shower gel. I was so embarrassed when I had to go into the TMobile place and the guy asked why I took the phone into the shower with me!!!! :blush

Seriously, they don't call me the problem child for nothing!!

Although, in all fairness to myself, the break-in one was a total misunderstanding, they told me how to break in because they weren't home yet, but forgot that the alarm was on!

And the hit and run thing, that was terrifying, I was falsely accused, and the people wound up admitting it, but it did give me some sleepless nights for a week or two!! :tissue

The other ones, well, sad but true... :whistle

I do play chess, but I'm far from being a master. My mother beats me all the time.

We never could figure out who started such a dumb rumor, but it was actually kind of funny. Someone asked my Dad about me in a concerned way, "Hey, is Abi okay? I heard she was arrested for robbing the bank downtown?" ...that's how we found out. :rolleyes2

I know that you have the nerves of steel necessary for killing the dog and staying quiet, and I think you have said that you moved and came back to your home church eventually, but being that you are from Canada and they have that whole French thing going on up there, I am going with the third choice! :tease
