He does sound a lot like IH, but he is not IH. He is BJP.

However, what I think is AWESOME if you listen closely at 3:06 you can hear a brief high pitched "ooooh" which is a throwback, way, way back to old school Black gospel music.

I hope it was intentional and not just some music synthesizer screw up made good.

I will listen to the whole song. I will be buying his music when it comes out in the DC area.

Not bad.
Had me tapping my feet a little bit.

I'd have to see how good his album is before I say he's the next big thing. There are so many 1 hit wonders out there. But this made a good first impression for sure.

Actually, Israel is half white and his brother is 100% white dude. His standard comeback when someone looks shocked is, "I am older". :)

My moms best friend was a black lady and she had an identical twin...well they were medically deemed identical but....the other twin was more white than I.. mixed babies and they look alike sound alike but boy.... white white white! Her story was... L was born first and she rubbed all the black offa me!!!! :ursofunny
