Night of Passionate Praise

This will be a full blown worship experience. It is a special night of praise and worship. Come prepared and expecting to experience the presence of the Almighty One!

The only thing on the agenda for this night will be to "Passionately Praise God".

If you live within driving distance of Jackson, TN, you are invited to a night of passionate praise at Love and Truth Church Friday night, August 29 at 7:00. You wll not leave the same way you came in!

Yep! Come in one door and leave through another! :toofunny

I think The Edge Band will be leading worship. They do the praise and worship in the edge venue on Sunday mornings.

Love you too!

Too bad y'all aren't here, you could come enjoy a service at Love and Truth. Next time you are this way, try to work it in to your schedule!

Actually Philip Tabler and Parrish Griffin are leading worship - they will be sharing the time up there, I think.

I knew that the Edge band is doing part of it, because Paul had band practice Tuesday night. I just didn't know if they were doing the entire service.

I think both bands practiced together on Tuesday, but I could be wrong. Sometimes I'm the last one to know what's happening. LOL! PM incoming.

All I can say is WOW!!! What an amazing time in the presence of the Lord! Praise & worship was led by several different people, including Darcie leading a song she wrote. The power of God just blew into that room. We had weeping, shouting, people out in the Spirit all over the place, a little SHOCKAMOO (Thad would be proud!), and just an overwhelming sense of God's presence. There was prophecy, prayer for healing, and just about anything you could imagine. It was awesome.

We had at least four AFF'ers there, but I won't reveal any names. LOL!:tease

Re: Night of Passionate Praise

Today, we had training for all of our L & T churches with the Jackson staff facilitating it. We had sessions on Youth Ministry, Children's Ministry, Connection Ministries, Pastoral Ministry, Audio/video Ministry, Music Ministry, and there could have been more that I forgot. Then we had a closing session with Praise & Worship and it was SO powerful. Again, the presence of the Lord was so strong, it was almost overwhelming. I love those times in God's house!

I read your post. It sounds like it was awesome. I didn't get out of work until 6:15 and had to work Saturday so there was no way we would have made it. I know the last one was great and I really wanted to be there.
