Ike Blows Price Out of Trinitarianism

Found on Bill Price's Blog

I have spent the past three days enduring a nightmare. I and my Mom survived without a scratch what could arguably be the second worst hurrican in Gulf Coast history, and when I came back on the Internet earlier today, I wanted to share with those I had as friends on a forum that God had preserved me. The response was less than striking.

I go somewhere else on the Internet, and I see something, a spirit I myself have exhibited... PRIDE.

In three days, i considered rejoining Oneness, because I have been listening, reading, and studying, when I had power. I had been looking at these studies for some time, and I had considered rethinking my beliefs. Until I came on here, and what I found shocked me, and made me ill as well...

wonder what makes a person so unsettled? I feel sorry for William and I pray for him.

After reading some of his posts today it seems he is back in the ARK. He openly apologized to people for hurting them. Even Reckart or whatever.

He's back!

So, if I understand correctly, he's basing his beliefs on the response from other people? Or did I misunderstand?

Seems he's saying, "I survived the hurricane, and I told people I was ok, but people didn't jump up and down........so, I think I'll stay a trinitarian".

At least, that's MY understanding.......

I believe that's what he's saying from reading what was presented.

Perhaps there's more that we didn't read????

I don't know how to get a hold of Bill, but in case he reads here:

Bill, this is not a knock, but the truth.
God's desire is for Hebrews 6:1-2 be done in your life. But you can't move on unto perfection, until those sure foundations are laid in your life.

There's a difference in casting stones and being a fruit inspector. Jesus said "by their fruits you will know them". Paul talks about how to deal with those who walk disorderly, or espouse false doctrine.

I don't wish any ill will on BP, but I also don't think I'd sit down to have a doctrinal discussion with him in his current state.

Why does the focus on this man have to continue? He needs help--from God. Period. There is nothing that we can do to solve this problem, but we can make it worse with repeated threads like these.

I really don't understand the fascination. TK Burk, what is the reason for continuing to post these threads about Bill Price? We are already aware of the excessive waffling, and the apparent confusion, so public notification isn't necessary. Nor can I see how it is helpful to him in any way.

IMO, these threads need to go away and stay there. Furthermore, you cannot hold someone accountable if they do not have a basic understanding to begin with. There is a serious problem here, and it isn't just a failure to stand firm on the truth.

Upon further review, I must say I agree with Miss. B. Maybe it's time we just stop discussing BP altogether, either good or bad.

Agreed and PLEASE refrain from making any new BP threads!
