Looks to me like it was staged. The guy never even looked back to see if his opponent was down for the count or was coming after him or not. Seems staged to me. :D

Staged or not, that one punch was thrown by a guy who confidently assessed his situation, made a decision and followed through with it.

I agree and I love the message it portrays staged or not.

I am just to critical when it comes to some of these videos and things. There are SO many stories and things going around the internet, it is difficult to keep up with the ones which are real and the one which are not. I get so many sent to me it isn't funny.
