Economic Good News!!

Gas is going down, in my area after paying $4.58 earlier in the summer, it is now almost $3.20 this week, forecast is that it should be below $3.00 in the next few days.

Praise the Lord for some good news!!!!

It was $2.99 this morning here.

However, I did read where OPEC is having fits and want to store oil to increase the price again. It's all so controlled it just stupid.

Who would have ever dreamed that we'd think $2.99 was good!

How odd is it that the dollar is getting stonger and gold is getting weaker?

$2.79 at Speedway in Dayton Ohio.

Companies have inflated the cost of fuel so badly, I think it's snapping back to where it should have been all this time.

Not odd at all at this point.

People are very unsure about the economy.

When people are unsure then the indicators fluctuate with their fluctuating feelings.

When the economy is strong... no one is unsure... and teh indicators reflect that consistently.

When the economy is in depression... no one is unsure... and the indicators reflect that consistently.

Day to day fluctuations accurately depict peoples fluctuating trust.

Nobody is planning a funeral. The economy is not yet dead.

Nobody is breathing a sigh of relief. The economy is still in critical condition.

But everybody is still in the hallway waiting on news (good or bad) and being thrown to and fro with their ebbing emotions and levels of trust.

You know, I have been saying for a while that the price of gas should have come down lower already.

Gas shouldn't be much more than $2.50/gallon given the current price of a barrel.

My friends have told me that well never see again the days of gas at a $1._ _ per gallon, even if oil prices continue to dip to pre 9/11 prices.

OPEC will keep the price of oil at where ever we want them to. However did anyone watch those videos I posted? This guy said a long time ago that US companies would flood the market with cheap oil to lower the price as a form of economic warfare with Iran.
