My baby is gone... what for Supper?

Help me folks...

She left some cut up sirloin... Is it Fajitas or Stir fry? I have the veggies for either one.

Baked salmon, broc/caulif mix , coleslaw, orange jello w/mandarin oranges in it;Not very exciting , but it was good.
