Emergency prayer
I just got a call from my daughter, and my daughter in law is in active labor 6 weeks early. They are trying to stop the contractions but with minimal success. Please pray for them as it is my son's first child. You can find pictures of he and his wife on the member site for Chaddywhacker.
Thank you for praying. Blessings, Rhoni |

Re: Emergency prayer
Sis. Rhoni,
Praying for your children and grandchild. Our eldest son and wife had their last little girl at eleven weeks early. She weighed 2 lbs.3 oz. and was in the neo-natal unit for two and one half months. She never experienced trouble during that time. When the day came to take her home, the doctors and nurses all came to see them off and said they wished every preemie would turn out like Lexie. TO GOD be ALL the honor, praise and glory! She is a very active three year old child. Just very active and spoiled!! LOL! May our Faithful God take care of your little grandbaby, in Jesus Name! Thank YOU, Lord God for Your Love, Kindness and Faithfulness! Falla39 |

Re: Emergency prayer
UPDATE: Tarrah just called me and they have the labor stopped and she is going home to complete bedrest because they want to wait at least two more weeks if at all possible for the baby's sake.
Thanks for praying. God answers prayer...I know that for sure! Blessings, Rhoni |

Re: Emergency prayer
Rhoni, I was late to the thread and am happy to hear the good result.

Re: Emergency prayer
I will pray for them.
My second child was born 7 1/2 weeks early. They gave my wife some medicine and the birth was delayed by two days, so that the doctor could administer steriods to the baby (so his lungs could develop more fully). He came out fine, but he had to spend a week in the neonatal unit in Little Rock. Whatever happens, I praying that the baby will be healthy. |
Re: Emergency prayer
Just read your thread...I will be in prayer for your family.

Re: Emergency prayer
I am sure running late! Guess God can take care of it without me knowing or praying. LOL I've just got a hunch, it is all going to be alright.

Re: Emergency prayer
Thank you for the prayers! Cindy woke up this morning with pain so continue to pray for her. My son is in classes all week in Indianapolis and he is so sick with a cold and taking anti-biotics. God bless my children and keep my third granddaughter safe!

Re: Emergency prayer
Lord, protect this baby and her mama. Grant them rest and peace as the baby continues to cook. Please keep her in until she is fully developed and ready to face this big, bad world. In Jesus' name!

Re: Emergency prayer
My Daughter in law has been given clearance to travel a couple hours by car to relatives for Thanksgiving. I am not sure that is good advice from the physician since it takes her farther from the hospital and her Dr. Right now she is strictly on bed rest but they will take her off the medications to stop the labor until Monday after Thanksgiving. My granddaughter may be born on her Daddy's birthday, Dec. 7. That would be better than being a Christmas baby. You never truly have a birthday at Christmas.
Thank you all for your prayers. Blessings, Rhoni |
