I've Decided I Should Not Wear Shorts

After much thought and consideration, I've decided that I should not wear shorts because

It's COLD! :)

I see that and laugh. I figure if I am going to put on shorts it better be warm enough I do not need a jacket

I don't wear shorts partly because I don't want people making fun of the way I look.
