For the Macho Men - Your Christmas Thread

Okay, the ladies love to discuss pretty garland, candles, flowers and holiday recipes, but that's not your thing.

Guys have the pleasure of stringing outdoors lights and whatever else the family likes to display outside.

Any funny stories that would make a good "Christmas Vacation" sequel?

I plan on shooting some mistletoe out of some trees this weekend.

does that count?

Oh and by the way, us guys dont like to hang those lights. We do it because we like not having our wives give us those "looks".

My DVR is filled with chick insanity already.

cant we have some kind of christmas movie that has some explosions and such in it?

What ever happened to family fare like Braveheart and Platoon?

I am not a sports fan but this is one time of year that I would MUCH RATHER watch sports than those insane Christmas movies.

I wonder if that would be a good excuse for a divorce? "Judge, my wife makes me watch those crazy Christmas movies. I want to divorce her because of it." I think the judge would grant me the divorce and give me anything else I asked for. (as long as it was a male judge)

Reminds me of a story - - - (sounds like an old person doesn't it?)

My BIL and SIL went camping with us and he wanted a new fishing rod, so we were in Walmart shopping for one. He tries it out and the little thingy on the end hung in my SIL's hair (it wasn't a hook).

She'll wheeled around and gave him a look of DEATH!!! From then on the joke became - - "you don't want the Walmart look"..........

We almost got thrown out of Walmart we were laughing so hard!
