With less than two months remaining in office, George W. Bush, witnessing a devastating defeat for the Republican Party, worse favorability ratings than those of Richard Nixon at the height of the Watergate scandal, and the most devastating economic situation since the Great Depression, is reported by a number of well-placed sources in Washington as drinking heavily. it appears that it is Bush who is suffering from bouts of drunkenness.

Our sources have witnessed a clearly inebriated Bush approaching members of the press corps and making rude comments, including one particularly crude remark about First Lady Laura Bush. In that case, Bush, nodding toward Laura, called her ------ While Bush’s drinking is no secret to the White House press contingent, that particular comment was reportedly the worst they have heard uttered by Bush. Ron that is horrible and I so sorry to hear that- I agree, alcoholism is a very nasty, awful addiction. My father was an alcoholic up until 95-so I know all to well how hurtful it can be.

Wow, you know I thought that President Bush over came alcoholism after encountering the gospel through Billy Graham-I don't remember the full details. But I hope he isn't dealing with the lows of his administration with drinking.

She passed away two months before I started going to Church.
In fact it was one of the reasons I started opening up.

When Laura visits, she sleeps on the couch in her mom's living room. Laura's book is very interesting! I have a lot of respect for Laura Bush! :santathumb

Why does this suprise everyone? Bush is NOT saved! Any non-holy ghost filled person is liable to do this. He does not consider his body to be the Temple of the Lord's. Instead of praying that he stops drinking, pray that Bush get's the Holy Ghost (if your that concerned).

Either way it goes, he'll forever be remembered as a "dunce" of a president.

See this is a clear example of how wicked sin is.

The man made bad decisions-- decisions that have not just affected his Presidency, but decisions that have affected the lives of THOUSANDS of American Servicemen and women and their families; THOUSANDS of other military members of other countries around the world; MANY MORE THOUSANDS of citizens of a country who's crime rested solely on the shoulders of their leader!

Many say that some of his decisions were not made with pure intentions-- if true, then indeed it's sin.


So he sins and is sorry for the affects of the sin, because things hardly ever turn out the way you think they will when you plan your sin, and the sorrow from his opus leads him to more sin!!!!!
