Tomorrow, we're going to see........

Marley and Me.

Have you read the book? I LOVED it!! If you haven't read it, I recommend it. Highly! Just a fun, fun book!

I wanted to see it today, but instead we saw Seven Pounds with Will Smith. It was a good movie -- not what I would have picked out for Christmas Day viewing, but still very good.

I want to see Benjamin Button also - looks very good.

I didn't cry at Seven Pounds until at the end when he looked at her and said "you're Emily" - - then I got that big ole lump in my throat!

My wife bought me a couple of Mystery Science Theater DVD's, so we watched The Giant Spider Invasion tonight. (Oh yes, and also Hitman from our Netflix list.)

Saw Benjamin Button last night with 3 of my sons (one of which admitted he almost cried! :jolly). Very interesting movie. I wouldn't call it great, but it's good. Stayed awake through it all, though it was a long movie at the end of a long day (other son's in the hospital). :santathumb

Two of the boys stayed for another movie: The Spirit. Haven't heard yet if they stayed awake.

Full name is "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button". A baby is born with birth defects that made him look like a tiny old man. Had many problems associate with old age, too. He wasn't expected to live, but he grew up, and actually got younger and younger, so to speak.

And there's a great divine healing scene! ;)

We saw Benjamin Button last night.......looooooooooooong movie....like 3 hours long! Good, sad, different...... Not a movie for Christmas day! Acting was good, story was different and kind of hard to describe how it leaves you feeling. I need to see a funny movie now to counter act the drama and sad stuff:santathumb.

Thanks, Timmy. I'm gong to the movie today with my friend, Lori, who also happens to be my boys' pediatrician. I wonder if she would rather see Benjamin Button? Hmmmmmm...........

On the other hand, she is the one who recommended and loaned me the Marley and Me book. So I hope that's still the one she'll want to watch. I'm really looking forward to it.
