All about cellulite and the person

Thought this might be a good opportunity here in the beginning of a new year to talk about Cellulite. Yes maam, you KNOW what I'm talking about, especially the deep dimpled kind. I thought this might be a good place for all you ladies to express your frustrations, anger along with some helpful remedies for that condition. You also might want to quote some snide remarks from your spouses, what your retort was and how you intend to handle it the NEXT time he or anyone makes a comment about it...

For some of you macho calf-roping wranglers out in forum land that might not know what it is, here is the definition:

cel⋅lu⋅lite   Spelled Pronunciation [sel-yuh-lahyt, -leet]

–noun (not in technical use) lumpy fat deposits, esp. in the thighs and buttocks.

Origin:
1970–75; < F: formation of fatty deposits under the skin, orig., cellulitis, equiv. to cellule cell (see cellule ) + -ite -itis, taken in E as -ite 1

Ladies, here is your opportunity to let your hurts, angers, intentions, stories of past fights with spouses and your deepest feelings be known. Be assured ladies, I am here for you girls. I'm on your side.

Incidently, why do I feel like I might be the object of a great deal of wrath...it is an creepy feeling that I cannot account for.

Re: All about cellulite and the person

btw, no lying permitted. Remember God sees you.

Would there be one lost cellulite laden soul here today that would signal by the uplifted hand, "y'all pray for me, I have cellulite?"

Yes, I see that hand. God sees it. Would there be another? I feel conviction here right now. Don't refuse that tender tug to obey. There should be one more troubled mind that needs us to pray. Thank you. Yes, I see your hand. Oh my! I think we are having revival here today.

Now, I'm going to ask one last thing. All you ladies that raised your hand, would you please stand so we can pray together. Thank you...all over the the place they are standing. Now just make your way on down the aisle and meet me here at the altar so we can pray together.

Now for the last request, would each of you tell us your name, you age and how many times you've been married? Have your murdered any of your former husbands?

What's a widow's peak? I never heard of it? Is it catagious? Does it make widows?

In 2006 I went from 255 lbs to 173.

I was doing 1500 sit-ups a day.

I lifted weights and did treadmill another 45 minutes per day.

I literally worked out for 365 days straight.

During that time I did not each one piece of bread, no candy and only drank water.

I went from a size 10 shoe to a size 9.

I went from 5'10" to 5'11".

I had a complete 6 pack and my hair had a shinny texture to it.

My fingernails grew faster and shinner.

Without drinking soda my teeth were cleaner and did not hirt.

I had better breath and never had a stomach cramp or pain.

I could think faster and did not snore near as much after losing the weight.

When you only drink water your body will process food much better.

The acid in the soda changes the PH in the stomach and causes us to lose the pulling of the vitamins in our food.

It breaks down the food before it can reach the intestines and work...

I did fall of the wagon a bit and back up to 205.

I did not go on any advertised diet.

It was a life style and I felt and looked great...

Here is a picture of me July 2006 at about 180lbs and a picture this summer at 205 lbs.

I wore a medium shirt size.

Now I am back up to a XL.

I had a 31 inch waste and now I have a 38 inch waste.

I wore a size 38 suit now I wear a size 44 again.

There is a big difference.

Time to get back into the lifestyle...

In all of this my wife started to work out and had a great glow about her...

At 43 she is still awesome!

Don't be.

Confession is good for the soul. Go on and confess. I promise to cast it behind me into the sea of forgetfulness.

You will feel cleansed with a heavy load lifted off your shoulders.

Would you like to state your name, age, how many times you've been married and for the record have you murdered any of your past husbands?

I've always heard that a widow's peak was when the hair formed a "V" in front. An old wives tale is that a woman was supposedly going to be a widow if she had one.

No, I'm not superstitious and I don't believe it.:heeheehee

Is it true that deep dimpled cellulite helps to keep hubby warm on very cold nights? Some guys have all the luck.

This is the best I could do in the dumb thread department. However, I doubt if this one will rank anywhere near the top of all the dumb threads.

How many questions do you suppose prompted by this thread that will go something like this, "Honey, don't lie to me but from where you stand, you don't see any cellulite on ME do you? Just be honest. It's ok, you can tell me the truth."

Care to guess how many domestic fights we were able to instigate tonight?

173 and 5'11" is kinda skinny for a guy, Neck. lol I do great exercising for under 30 minutes each day. I don't need more than that. You are right about the soft drinks. Cutting back and eating healthier is the way to go.

I think you would feel and look fine at 190.
