So far, both dates are open... hurry up and decide so if they try to plan something at church I have this on the calendar first!

I've had to miss every other AFF meeting close to me because of something scheduled ahead of time at church...

Told the girls to consider themselves busy on those days too-- because they are going to keep Michael at home.

Good idea but if like me, I have limited time off. I need to know date asap while the dates are still open!

This is just a one day event? It's a long ways to drive for only one day :(

The other thing I will need to know about are hotels in the area. Some of you live close enough to make it a one day trip, but sadly, I don't.

I think it's Friday night, all day Saturday, and then whoever wants to stay for church on Sunday can stay.

No - I think we can all gather in on Friday night, visit - -nothing really planned. Then spend Sat. doing what all we do plan and for those that can stay on Sunday we can attend church with Eddie & Sherri or any other church in the area!

Also, Sherri will be checking a local hotel that gives the church a bit of a discount and of course, we will give other places too.

It's a weekend thing!

I am stuck with jury duty the last week of April this year, although I might have Saturday off!

As it looks now I should be in Nashville on the 18th for an event, but possibly can make the trip longer to be at the Gathering.
