When did they shorten it? I remember when it started on Monday.

I was kinda thinking of going on Fri night until I noticed Stoneking was preaching. No thanks, I'll save the gas and time. In times like this it's never good to waste.

Yes...he's one of my favorite speakers, especially on the holy magic hair doctrine.

Re: Landmark 2009

I remember when Landmark had a LOT of different preachers and it was 2 a day. Now it is the same names every year and a shorter schedule.

One thing though. I'd love to hear Vesta speak

Yeeeeeahhhh, um...I'm not so much a fan. I think it was the year that he spoke at Landmark and used as his text an article about space aliens he'd read in "National Enquirer" and said that Christians are to be 'spacey'. That was his sermon. Weird...too weird for me.

I remember when it was longer too and they had two speakers a night. Yeah, seems like pretty much the same line up as twenty years ago. There aren't any other good UPC preachers to be had? No fresh voices?

I'm glad you were blessed! :)

I'm on the east coast (you folks were up late according to my time :))and I had come home from a wonderful service with the sweet presence of God in our midst as well. Bro Jerry Dillon preached on "Burning Prayer". :heart

I couldn't stay awake if I tried, but when I woke up, you all were still singing the same song...maybe I only dozed off for a few minutes?

What's a Mother's Day message? If it talks about how awesome moms are, I'll say Amen! :D

I am watching and wondering if he will preach "the sermon." If so, then everyone on AFF will be able to hear it first hand. (And on the net, if he does, the controversy will be of bigger impact.)\

Would be interesting, especially with the GS in attendance. Don't know if he has been in attendance for "this sermon" before.
