Praise The Lord Everyone
 

Isn't it great to be serving God. He is so faithful and good to us.

I just want Him to know I am so thankful for his blessings. And how grateful I am that He loved me enough to sacrifice His precious son for my sins. I was deep in sin, and yet He forgave me, and my sins are no more. Thankful I repented of my sins, was baptized in Jesus name, and filled with the Holy Ghost.

Thank you Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All right!! It's TESTIMONY time in our service here today on AFF, dear friends!

I love the Lord today. He's been sooooo good to me and to my family. He's been our savior, our healer, our sustainer. He never changes. Always faithful. Always loving me. At least one person here knows that I have not always been - well......... good - and I'm definately not "good enough" now to save myself. Because NONE of us are. But God is so good. He takes our imperfections and he works with us and he uses us just where we are for HIS glory. I thank Him today for that!

Ok, who's going to be next to give God honor and praise? Stand up, Saints. Praise His name!

We had a wonderful service this morning. The presence and joy of the Lord was present.

Great unity in the house today.

We read a Psalm out loud, together, each Sunday as the service starts. Today's psalm was Psalm 40. Incredible!!!!

I want to thank God for His mercy and grace.

Over 50 years ago at the age of 17 I asked Jesus Christ to come into my life and He did. He came in as the Holy Spirit and changed me. I became a new creature in Christ. I was saved. I was born again.

Over the next 14 months I found out about baptism in Jesus name and I obeyed it, and I found out about the Holy Ghost Baptism and I received that experience.

Over the past half century, God has been good to me. As Bro. James Lumpkin (Sr.) used to say back in the nineteen fifties at ABI, "God has been nothing but good to me!!"

I have been praising God for the Peace He gives me that flows like a river. When I first started this walk- I craved peace in my mind and soul - When I received the Holy Ghost- the first feeling I had was an immense feeling of peace. I still have that peace- "Jesus Christ- the same yesterday, today and forever!"

I am thankful for His peace. A friend of ours lost her father this morning. He was 92 and filled with the Holy Ghost. I know that one day we will see him again. I am thankful for the peace that God gives us at times like this.
He is ever faithful to me. I love Him and appreciate Him.

If it had not been for the Lord on my side, I don't know where I would be.

He has been so merciful and gracious to me, despite of my rejection of Him through my life's decisions. I realize whenever I choose sin, I choose to reject Christ.

But somehow, He chose again to offer me another chance. Another chance to repent, to love, to live.

God didn't have to let me live, but He did! I am so glad He has mercy on me!!

He gave me another chance this morning and I am so grateful for His Lovingkindness towards me!


God IS Great!

Iwant to thank Jesus for the love and patience that he has shown me.If it had not been for him I would not be alive today.When I was alone and had no one he was there.When I fell in the mud he was there to pick me back up.My Jesus filled me up with the holyghost and gave me a second and third chance to get it right and,he is my loving father,my brother ,my friend,my savior.Jesus is everything and without him there is nothing.I just love him and,eithout him I am nothing.Thank you JESUS!!

LOL!!, Kay! I thought we were just having an old fashioned Pentecostal testimony service where someone started a chorus and we sang that chorus over and over and over and over. No problem with that.! hehehee

God has been so good to me - much better than I deserve! I'm thankful that He is faithful - and His mercies are fresh and new each morning....
